Firstly, we needed to dig the foundations for the extension to the required depth and then lay the concrete base. Next was to build the new extension to the plans drawn up. We fitted skylights and a new roof, as well as Recladding the exterior of the building. Inside the new extension we fitted a brand new kitchen, including laying the Karndean flooring. We finished off by laying and finishing a new patio area in the rear garden.
